1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In case of delays due to high order volume or supply chain disruptions, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and express shipping options to most locations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
6. Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
