Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase — but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Please contact us at funcionhabigail@gmail.com before sending your item back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g. opened cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Gift cards or downloadable software products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that:

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or color), please contact our support team to arrange the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at funcionhabigail@gmail.com
